County budget includes service on $338.5M debt

Rutherford County’s demand to educate students and provide services in a fast-growth county resulted in debt amounting to $338.5 million to be serviced this fiscal year.

County commissioners are expected to consider the debt service as part of the county’s overall $369 million budget when they vote on the proposal Friday.
