Kennedy Covington, one of the largest law firms in the Southeast, is strengthening its commitment to its financial services clients through the addition of Kent Walker as a partner in the firm’s Charlotte office.
Walker, formerly a partner in the syndicated finance practice in the Charlotte office of Helms Mulliss & Wicker, will continue his focus on debt finance transactions at Kennedy Covington through his representation of financial institutions in leveraged and investment grade credit facilities utilized for acquisitions, recapitalizations, cash flow and other customer needs.
