Fitch Ratings has assigned an underlying 'A+' rating to the approximately $308.4 million Hospital Authority of Gwinnett County, Georgia revenue anticipation certificates, series 2007A-F. Fitch also rates 'A+' the outstanding debt issued by the Hospital Authority of Gwinnett County, Georgia on behalf of Gwinnett Health System (Gwinnett) listed below. The Rating Outlook is Stable.
The series 2007A, 2007B, and 2007C bonds will be issued as variable-rate demand obligations with par amounts of approximately $32.5 million, $60.5 million, and $60.9 million, respectively. The series 2007D, 2007E, and 2007F bonds will be issued as auction rate securities with par amounts of approximately $34 million, $60.2 million, and $60.4 million, respectively.
