Fitch Ratings has affirmed SUPERVALU Inc.'s (SUPERVALU) Issuer Default Rating (IDR) and outstanding debt ratings as follows:
--IDR at 'BB-';
--$2 billion revolving bank credit facility at 'BB';
--$1.25 billion term loan A at 'BB';
--$750 million term loan B at 'BB';
--Senior unsecured notes at 'BB-'.
The Rating Outlook is Positive. As of June 16, 2007, SUPERVALU had $8.85 billion of debt outstanding including capital leases.
