However, these are the kinds of times that a lot of the "usual suspects" crawl out from under the rocks under which they generally live.
Any period of disaster or distress brings this crowd out. Heck, some of them may even be transfers from lowbrow mortgage agencies that thought nothing about writing NINJA loans for people who would never be able to survive in them. Yep, same crowd.
